  The advanced heavy-duty suspension is designed to provide maximum articulation in low speed situations, a balanced feel when trail riding and maximum bottoming resistance at higher speeds. The wide-arc A-arms paired with the FOX® 2.0 QS3 shocks deliver 14.2-inches of travel up front and 13.3-inches of travel in the rear. The new FOX® 2.0 QS3 shocks can be easily switched—without tools—between three custom positions to enhance comfort during relaxed driving, increase damping for normal trail riding and maximize damping during sport driving.
• Roomy Four-Person Cabin
  The Wolverine RMAX4 1000 XT-R offers comfortable, secure seating for four full-sized adults with comfortable handholds and six-position seat belts for each seat. The second row is raised for excellent visibility, so everyone gets a great view of their surroundings.
• 3 D-Modes, 1 Machine
  The Yamaha Chip Controlled Throttle (YCC-T) optimizes power delivery for a variety of situations through the Wolverine RMAX4 1000 XT-R’s revolutionary three-position selectable D-Mode settings. Power delivery in Sport Mode is ideal for wide open trails, sand and spirited driving; Trail Mode is perfect for fun, relaxed trail rides with smooth acceleration and linear throttle response; and for adventure seekers, Crawl Mode can take on slow technical situations like rock crawling with ease. In combination with Yamaha’s Ultramatic® and On-Command® systems, the Wolverine RMAX4 1000 XT-R delivers the perfect amount of engine braking by operating the throttle in accordance to the user’s selected D-Mode setting.

  Explore further with the Yamaha Adventure Pro integrated directly in the dash with a removable and lockable housing. This advanced adventure tool gives Yamaha owners added capability and confidence, along with opportunity to share their experiences among friends and family. The customizable Yamaha Adventure Pro comes with GPS mapping and navigation, online adventure planning, 115,000 pre-loaded trails and waypoints, the Yamaha-exclusive Timing Mode, social sharing functionality and more.

  For accessibility in low-light conditions, the Wolverine RMAX4 1000 XT-R features an interior light package to easily navigate controls. The blue LED lighted switches, floor lights and console lighting complement the automotive-inspired cockpit and are color-matched to the new blue-backlit meter for a high-quality feel and premium look.

  The three-position D-Mode combines with Yamaha’s Ultramatic® and On-Command® systems to deliver the perfect balance of engine braking and power delivery for maximum off-road ability. The Wolverine RMAX4 1000 XT-R’s frame is strengthened for a solid, durable feel while the chassis was designed along with the advanced suspension to provide extra rigidity for challenging conditions. The wheel base had been optimized to provide a balanced feel and provides the best contact-to-ground feel for optimum handling in any terrain.

• Versatility for Cargo
  The Wolverine RMAX4 1000 XT-R is one of the most versatile machines in the two-row Side-by-Side market. In addition to its ability to comfortably seat up to four adults including cargo, the Wolverine RMAX4 1000 XT-R features an ingenious storage system for flexibility. By folding and sliding the rear seats forward, the rear area expands to securely transport up to 600 pounds of cargo, and includes multiple steel tie-down points. The Wolverine RMAX4 1000 XT-R also features a built in 2-inch receiver to tow a full 2,000 pounds when needed.
